"The morning of the tournament (in early October), Buzz passed around a bag of New England leaves which were in full color, which he had brought back with him from his home on the cape a few days earlier. So a bunch of us wore the leaves taped onto our uniforms (you can see that mine is still attached). At the end of the day, due to extensive diving, Paul Mihalic had only the stem of his leaf remaining taped to his shirt."
