When and where started playing ultimate:
The summer of 1997 in Santa Rosa, CA with a bunch of Hewlett Packard people.

Lessons learned playing ultimate:
The first time I ever scored in a game was my freshman year at UCSB. We were playing U of A and they showed up late and Greg, who was captain is all like, "These guys suck for showing up late. Let's hand it to these guys." So when I scored I spiked it thinking that's what you do, because they do that in football. The other team got all pissed off but Greg loved it. So I have learned that spiking is bad, but it will fire up Greg a lot.
