Day 3 Game Scores:
Condors 15 Sub Zero (Minneapolis) 9
Condors 15 Mamma Bird (Colorado Univ.) 6
Condors 17 Toxic Resinators (Teluride) 11
Finals: The first point was a long huck to Jason Seidler who flew down the field and grabbed it out of the air for a fantastic catch. Then the Toxic Resonators got the disc and played good solid Ultimate for their point. The Condors began making unforced errors and the score went to 1-4. The TRs were about to go up 1-5 when Andy Crews got a great D, and the Condors marched down the field for their second point. That seemed to wake them up. In fact, the Condors scored 8 unanswered points and went into half-time winning 9-5. The second half was all Condors. They were simply the best team in the tournament, and they showed everyone just how good they were. They won the game and became the first Grand Prix Champions.

Condors 15 Johnny Bravo 4 ---- Semifinals
Condors 17 JAM 10 ------------- Finals
Finals: The Condors went up a few points and stayed up by 3-4 points looking very strong. Jam came back a bit with the score 10-8 Condors ahead. And then the Condors stopped making any mistakes and mostly shut Jam down. It was all over but the shouting. At the end, the Condors won 17-10. No question who had the better team. I don't think the San Francisco teams will ever beat the Condors this year.
