In the history of Open Collegiate Ultimate since 1984, 15 different colleges have won the National Championship.
Twelve colleges have won only once. Three have won it twice: ECU, Stanford and Wisconsin.
And one has won it 6 times: the Black Tide from UCSB:

2. Number of UCSB players who played on at least 2 National Championship teams = 41
3. Number of UCSB players who played on at least 3 National Championship teams = 10

(Note: There have been over 25,000 U.S. college open Ultimate players since 1984.)

Tidbit: Every UCSB Black Tide team that went to the National Championship tournament made it at least to the quarterfinals.
